Yesterday morning I was able to get my motherly reset button pressed! Sara is professional, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable at what she does. OMG! Awesomeness is all I can say. I have a very stressful occupation & tend to stay tense @ all times. Sarabeth asked all the pertinent questions regarding my stress level, my pain or troubled areas as well as my pain tolerance. I received a deep tissue massage with the backdrop of soothing jazz music & candles. Not to mention on a heated table! That was a 1st! Halfway through the massage I just felt all my tension let go & breakdown. It was absolutely fabulous. Then for the finale, the harp! I initially thought she was joking but she really has a harp. Sara is very good to make sure that I felt comfortable and the pressure was okay. I have been a few times now and she is just fantastic! I get muscle spasms in my neck and back, and she was so in-touch -- I am not sure how to put it -- she seemed to understand what my muscles needed to relax. I always leave happy. I also like Sarabeth because there have been days when I talk with her the entire duration of the massage and there are times when I just don't want to talk much at all during the massage. Sarabeth is great for both situations. I never feel awkward or pushed into conversations.— Angie D.
