Begin your journey by opening your heart in a nurturing environment. We will initiate our time together with a cacao ceremony and intention-setting, followed by a connection circle where you will share your stories and build bonds with fellow participants. As the day closes, allow the soothing vibrations of an evening sound healing to wash over you, creating a peaceful space for reflection.

JUNE 6 - RELEASE
Dive deep into your healing process with breathwork, movement practices, and a powerful journey to identify your core wounds. Experience a sand painting exercise and participate in a sacred cord-cutting ritual to release old patterns. Our sacred fire ceremony will transform what no longer serves you into healing energy, and an evening sound healing will help integrate your experiences.

JUNE 7 - REBIRTH
Awaken your spirit as you walk along the beach, participating in a cacao and drum circle that honors your connection to nature. A journey to rebirth will guide you toward embracing your new self, followed by a water ceremony to purify and refresh your intentions. Engage your creativity through vision boarding and manifesting your dreams with a craft activity that symbolizes your aspirations.

JUNE 8 - RECLAIM
On this powerful final day, we focus on reclaiming your personal power and stepping into the next phase of your journey. The day begins with a breathwork and movement practice, designed to help you reconnect with your body and anchor the transformations you’ve experienced throughout the retreat.
You’ll then engage in a voice activation session, using chanting and toning to express your authentic voice and reclaim your inner strength. A shamanic journey follows, allowing you to set empowering new stories and intentions for your life ahead.
In the afternoon, you’ll experience horseback riding along the beach, a liberating practice that symbolizes freedom, trust, and the harmony between strength and flow. As you ride, you’ll reconnect with your sense of balance and inner confidence, mirroring the empowerment you’re reclaiming in your life.
Enjoy some free time to reflect, relax, or connect with others, before we come together for a heartfelt closing circle, celebrating your growth and the transformation you’ve embraced throughout the retreat.
