How can Sound Vibrations help me?
Sound vibrations can penetrate deep into your cells and cause movement which can break up energy blockages, relieve depression, and chronic pain which may inhibit natural energy flow and cause disease. You can think of sound as a natural form of holistic healing addressing the mind, body, and soul.
Sound also relaxes the nervous system. It can heal imbalances within your energetic bodies and promote a calmer state of being. When we relax, we are better able to deal with life and whatever comes our way!
What shall I expect to receive in a Sound Healing session?
Our sound healing journeys are your opportunities to surrender, relax, and receive the healing vibrations presented through the heart and intent of the sacred sound healer and the sounds and frequencies emanating from each instrument.
Some may fall asleep during our journeys and some may take a wild ride! It truly all depends on the intent going in. Regardless, we will always provide a safe container for which your healing can process and flow to be integrated.

When you’re ready to heal, we invite you to an upcoming cacao and sacred sound healing ceremony. We ask you to release all expectations and practice a form of non attachment on how your personal healing will go down.
We invite you to remain curious and to be ready for more love to flow into your heart which leads to activating and expanding your truest essence and remembering the pillar of light you truly are!
What is the connection between Sound Healing and Cacao?
